• Out and about

  Years 5  and 6 have been busy the last couple of weeks going out and about experiencing different modes of transport.

   

  Classes have been plane spotting and have taken trips on trains and buses. It looks like the 'we all go travelling by...' is a big hit!

   

  Towards the end of the topic we hope to do some presentations about what we have been learning to friends, family and neighbours so keep a look out for the date. 

• School made chutney and pickled onions

  From the sale of our school made chutney and pickled onions we raise £65.85. This money will be used to buy wheelbarrows for the garden area.
   

  The main ingredients for the chutney and onions were grown in our school garden and the classes with the help of Vicky made it into something good to eat.

  It might be our first day back but we are off the blocks and ready to go.
