RHS Campaign for School Gardening
Mon 22 Jan 2018“The RHS Campaign for School Gardening inspires and supports schools to provide children with gardening opportunities to enhance their skills and boost their development.”
We joined this campaign in September and applied for the first certificate of achievement in which we had to …..
“Simply write up to 80 words about your future gardening plans – that’s it!”
Because we were confident about how we already use our garden we immediately applied for level 2 for which we had to…
“In up to 80 words tell us a bit about your gardening activities – who is involved, what skills are being taught/learned and what are your achievements so far?
You’ll also need to upload four photos showing your developments.”
Today we received both level 1 and level 2 certificates and Vicky is confident that we have the correct information to apply for level 3!!

Mon 15 Jan 2018Our staff at Richmond Hill School are being encouraged to wear blue to work today as the January blues catch up with everyone!
We are also asking other staff to speak to someone they wouldn't normally speak with to coincide with today!
Happy Blue Monday!
