    Fri 20 Mar 2015

With millions of Apps to chose from it is often hard to find those which are are appropriate and useful for our pupils. It is becoming ever more common for us to be asked about which Apps we use in school.

Over the coming weeks, we will be sharing some of our Apps on the website. There are links under each App, should you need more information or wish to download it on your own iPads and tablets.

  • Gold Class Go To Cadbury's World

    Thu 19 Mar 2015

Gold class have been reading the book Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Over the weeks they have designed their own chocolate bar and packaging, made adverts and golden tickets and learnt about how chocolate is made.

Yesterday Gold Class headed out on a special trip to Cadbury's World in Birmingham, to say the class were excited is a big understatement!

Gold class had an action packed day. They saw chocolate being in the factory. Then went to the 4D cinema to watch the chocolate making process. I heard a highlight was when the cocoa beans were being shaken, the seats shook at the same time! They made their own chocolate pots and played interactive chocolate themed games.

The children really were a credit to the school and it was lovely to see them so engaged and enjoying themselves.

You can see more photos of their day on their class page here

  • London Gliding Club Visit

    Wed 18 Mar 2015

Last week Orange class ventured to Dunstable to take a look at the gliders that are based at the bottom of the Downs.

They were so lucky, not only did they let the children get up close to the gliders, they also let them sit in one as well!

You can see some more great photos of the visit on Orange class page here
